国連総会、潘事務総長の２期目再選を承認
国連総会は２１日、１２月で５年の任期が切れる潘基文事務総長の２期目の再選を全会一致で承認。潘事務総長は２期目の具体的課題として地球温暖化対策や核軍縮・原子力の問題を挙げ、「国連がリーダーシップを発揮し、結果を出さなくてはならない」と述べた。
