Veoh Sues Universal Music Group
In July, Universal Music Group threatened to sue online video-sharing site Veoh claiming it was violating the music group’s copyrights. Now, the tables have turned and Veoh Networks is suing Universal. Veoh wants a federal judge to declare it has not infringed Universal’s copyrights, and that it is protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
