Engineer in Space
Features Gregory T. Linteris, a NIST engineer in the Building and Fire Research Laboratory, giving a public lecture in which he describes his adventures and research on two missions aboard the space shuttle Columbia.   Linteris talks about his experiments that could someday help to build better combustion engines for automobiles as well as prevent fires in tomorrow’s space station.
