喜歡食海鮮的阿蘇，專程找海鮮專家滿哥，揀選由菲律賓遠道而來的上等東星斑。蒸出好魚，當然要學做鮮甜蒸魚豉油，另加送用叉刮蔥花秘技。阿蘇煮魚中途，又到露台看看阿蘇自製梅菜，發現梅菜出疹，即向梅菜王求救。 在蒸魚前，把蔥切段直放在碟上，然後才把魚架在上面，這樣，蒸魚時熱氣便能從底下鑽過去，魚就會容易熟了。 阿蘇今次不鬥師奶，轉考老外學生對我國文化的認識，實行來個老外綁鹹水草大比拼。
