Homeowners Dennis and Christina Fedechko have fixed up almost everything in their pre-war Dunellen, NJ home—except for the dreary laundry room. Unfinished walls, exposed beams, pipes, and electrical chords make it an eyesore while clothes hang from rusty nails.
