Kanimozhi, the daughter of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, moved a bail application in the court in connection with the 2G spectrum allocation scam. If denied bail, the DMK MP could face arrest. Senior lawyer Ram Jethmalani defended Kanimozhi in a sepcial court today, saying that she is only a shareholder in the company. He also said that the entire conspiracy in the spectrum allocation was done by former Telecom Minister A Raja .
