New sentences for some crack-cocaine offenders
July 1: At least 12,000 Federal prisoners convicted of crack-cocaine offenses are now eligible to get their stiff sentences reduced because the U.S. Sentencing Commission voted to retroactively apply a law approved by Congress last August. Rev. Jesse Jackson discusses.
