Lib Dems drop hint over Scottish coalititon
The Liberal Democrats have hinted they’d consider forming a coalition with another party to govern Scotland. Leader Tavish Scott says he "wouldn't rule out" a partnership with Labour or the SNP after May's election, even though his party's already working with the Tories at Westminster
