冬至剛過,聖誕和新年將至,很多人都喜歡自製一些派對美食,今集,阿蘇就教了大家如何製作兩款美食,一款是薯仔沙律,另一款就是炸魚塊,一次過滿足清新和香口的兩種要求。 弄沙律非常簡單,把薯仔、青蘋果、紅蘿蔔、火腿切粒,混合蛋黃醬及煉奶,最最最要緊記的秘訣就是加入少許洋蔥蓉,就是如此快捷方便,雪凍食更可口。 另一樣是炸石斑塊,購買時選尾二段至精明,炸之前要按次序沾上麵粉、蛋漿、麵包糠,再以中慢火炸,最後加猛火炸到金黃色,So Good!
