被災者対象、東北地方の高速無料化開始
東日本大震災の被災者などを対象に、東北地方を発着する車の高速道路無料化が２０日から始まった。被災証明書や罹災証明書とともに、本人を確認できる証明書を料金所で提示する必要があり、ＥＴＣレーン利用の場合は無料対象とならない。期間は１年間の予定。
