Shamir Optical Industries Limited (SHMR) announced after the bell on Wednesday its annual dividend of 80.4 cents per share, an increase of about 32% over its prior dividend in December of 60.9 cents.  The company is a leading provider of innovative products and technology to the ophthalmic lens market, and he dividend will be payable on or about November 24, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2010.
