東京電力 学校法人などへの仮払い応じず
福島第一原発事故の賠償金の仮払いについて、原子力損害賠償紛争審査会がつくった指針では、対象が中小企業に限定されているとして、東電は学校法人などへの支払いに応じていなかった。しかし、１６日、一転して支払う方針を示し、今月中に受け付けを開始へ。
