iReport — Mobbing Research: Police, Prosecutor, Court, SatireI’m arrested and charged with of uttering threats towards women on facebook in a mobbing research article:Police:The Police start this way;Danny  Hunt has no criminal record and no past history of violence but has a  disability and therefor request that he remain incarcerated;Prosecutor:This didn't work so it was the Crown Prosecutors turn;I'd like to act as Danny Hunt's defense lawyer and present a defense for him to be found not guilty of the crime committed;Danny Hunt:Then it was Danny Hunt's turn;He  said, I'm not a lawyer but saw something about the Prosecutor's role on  the UN Human Rights website and my guess is the Prosecutor's role is  not to act as my defense lawyer, present a defense for me, and try to  find me not guilty of the crime committed.Judge:The  Judge found Danny Hunt guilty of using satire that had no link with  reality stating "we must be vigilant about people using satire without  any link to reality and displacing reality as our link to sanity".
