A Moscow charity concert turns bloody when armed extortionists take American pop-star, Venus, and the Russian President with his family hostage. Help is on the way when the drummer of a heavy metal band, Joe (Dolph Lundgren, The Expendables), teams up with a young Russian F.S.B. agent to fight back. Outgunned and outnumbered, they soon realise that things are not as simple as they appear when ghosts from the Soviet Union come back to haunt the present.
