Anna calls for 'jail bharo' agitation
After the government rejected his demand to issue an official notification to constitute the draft committee for Lokpal Bill, 72-year-old Anna Hazare on Friday (April 8) announced a country-wide 'Jail Bharo' agitation on April 12. The government had also rejected the proposal for an outsider to lead the new committee of government and civil society.
