Wichita State and The World: Steve Farmer
Dr. Steven Farmer of the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University discusses research-based strategies for his book, “Building the Creative Worker: Leadership and Creative Self-Image.” Although there are hundreds of publications that focus on leadership, few focus on leading others to be creative. In this discussion of leadership and the notion of an innate creativity, Farmer presents his research and how it may influence the workplace. This presentation was conducted before an audience of Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce members. From the Series:Wichita State and The World
