iReport — A TUMBLR blogger on the small island of Guam breaks a major news story, forcing traditional media outlets to cover a breaking scandal in the office of the US territory’s Lt. Governor's office. Guam Blog, posted a story about a possible plagiarism scandal involving Lt. governor Ray Tenorio and his wife who was caught on tape in a vicious profanity strewn tirade against two young staffers.
