食環署稱處理民主女神像事件是依法辦事
對於食環署早前以違反《公眾娛樂場所條例》為理由，要求警方沒收支聯會在時代廣場展示的新民主女神像及天安門屠殺浮雕，食環署署長卓永興表示，當日署方是依法辦事。 卓永興解釋，當日在同一個場地，有其他展覽舉行，但對方有申請牌照。他又說，署方正進行調查及諮詢律政司意見，而立法會將於本月21日會討論有關事件。
