黃志光稱會檢討捉狗情況 承諾採用最少武力
漁護署署長黃志光在元朗區議會會議上表示，相信早前有捉狗隊員捉流浪狗時，令狗隻吐血是個別情況，但值得檢討，會向前線員工反映市民的感受，日後捉狗時會採用最少武力。 有愛護動物團體批評，漁護署捉狗方法不人道，要求署方處罰涉及事件的人員。
