９９年の強殺事件で男逮捕へ「申し訳ない」
東京・板橋区で９９年に起きた強盗殺人事件で、警視庁は８日、土木作業員・内田清次被告（３８）の身柄を北海道警札幌西署から警視庁に移し、午後に逮捕する方針。内田被告は、板橋区の事件について「被害者に申し訳ない」と話しているという。
