2006年挾歌唱比賽冠軍人馬身份入行的洪卓立（Ken），出道初期憑渾厚歌聲及俊朗外形贏盡女歌迷青睞，2009年初卻因為肺積水豹隱近一年，才能重返舞台。Ken坦言復出後，更懂得珍惜所有。今集《Music Café》，Ken同樣以「珍惜」作為音樂會主題，除了承諾歌迷珍惜舞台，用心唱好每首個人作品如大家耳熟能詳的<藍色星球>、<彌足珍貴>、<蘋果樹>、<彌敦道>等，更精挑細選兩首他最喜愛的好歌<木紋>及<綿綿>一新樂迷耳目，一向重視友情的他，更特別請來師弟兼老友洪杰做嘉賓，齊來分享好音樂！
