小朋友無法集中精神上課、溫習，或是書寫、閱讀有困難，可能是先天的問題所致。父母應該如何應對？有學習困難的兒童，除了需要特別的教育方式外，日常生活也要學習如何克服困難，父母又應怎樣協助他們？今日香港家庭福利會代表，會講解幾個小童學習障礙的特殊個案。此外，另一位受訪嘉賓蘇先生，有一位患有讀寫障礙及肌肉活動有問題的兒子，兒子現已完成會考，修讀神學課程，過程中蘇先生和兒子一齊面對多少難關？至於李錦聯主理的「今晚食乜餸」，他將會示範一道「原汁骨湯肉排瓜甫」。
