林炳昌對上訴得直感高興 稱稍後再申請重當律師資格
終審法院裁定，04年先科國際造市案引發的妨礙司法公正案中，原被裁定串謀妨礙司法公正罪名成立，判囚6年的律師林炳昌，上訴得直。 林炳昌對裁決感高興及幸運，對於要這麼長時間才取回公義，他指案件困擾自己6年，如果不是有信心，不能捱過這段時間。 他在終審庭外表示，官司影響了家庭，對他造成經濟困難，幸好有朋友幫助。他又說，會先好好睡一覺，稍後再申請重當律師的資格，不過日後或多轉打商業或民事訴訟。
