Sinking the Buccaneer to her final resting place
Crews with Windy City Diving make their way onto the MV Buccaneer, a 100-foot boat, in Lake Michigan that they are sinking 10 miles due east of Burnham Harbor on Friday June 18, 2010. This has been in the planning for 2 years and is to provide a site for divers. On Sunday, July 18, 2010 scuba divers explore the Buccaneer’s final resting place at 72 feet.
