Norfolk Southern ''Chasm'' (2001)
''Chasm'' depicts two CG cities on either side of a rift: one represents the brickand mortar business world, while the other e-commerce, with Norfolk Southern trains effortlessly spanning the gap between. The detail and design of the worlds created a compelling hyper-realisticvisual density unusual in commercial CGI, with some shots topping 2.5million polygons. To aid in integrating live talent, the spot waschoreographed prior to shooting and played back on set with overlayedblue-screened actors and extras.
