More clarity needed on pay regulation, says Philip Warland
Philip Warland, head of public policy at Fidelity International, on regulators and pay. He says asset managers are getting confusing signals out of Brussels on remuneration. Most of what has come out so far is primarily intended for banks - more co-ordination is needed, he says. There are also no signs of harmonisation with what regulators are doing in the US.
