[Video] Senate debates financial reform
It took four votes before US Senators finally agreed to open debate on financial reform.  Democrats had to threaten an overnight session. Republicans say they are now ready to discuss the bill openly. President Obama said he is happy to get the process started. The debate is expected to go on for weeks.
