Fuse is counting down the top hits of the year while breaking down the biggest events in the world of music this year. The Top 40 of 09: The Year in Music will debut the ultimate viewer’s choice as selected by voters on Fuse.tv, and the program tackles the wildest music moments of the year and features appearances from Rihanna, Lady Gaga, 50 Cent and the cast of New Moon.  This fully loaded special hosted by Touré and Allison Hagendorf premieres Saturday, December 12th at 4pm ET. An encore will air Sunday at 12pm ET.
