Kiyoko tries to run away again, and again is brought back by Man F and associates, with behind-the-scenes help from Isamu. Put into the punishment room, Kiyoko has words with the Countess and then collapses, then moves in and out of consciousness, seeing flashes of her past and a vision of a little girl. She returns to consciousness to speak to Tatsuya, but then apparently dies at episode’s end.   …
