Filmmaker Steve Olpin preserves the history of his family¿s funeral service business in the documentary ¿Cooling Board.¿ His grandfather, Roy Olpin, talks about the funeral business his father began in the horse-and-buggy-era, taking the cooling board right into people¿s homes as he prepared the deceased for burial.  Roy reflects on the generations before and after him that have followed in the family business, and how people are truly their natural selves when they are in mourning.
