野茂英雄投手 現役引退を表明
日本人メジャーリーガーの先駆者的存在で、日米通算で２０１勝を挙げた野茂英雄投手が１７日、自身が設立した社会人チーム「ＮＯＭＯベースボールクラブ」に米国から電話を入れ、現役を引退することを伝えた。４月にロイヤルズから戦力外通告を受けていた。
