Nicotine could affect chemotherapy
Nicotine, a drug not known to cause cancer, can create protection for cancer cells against chemotherapy. Recent findings show that patients who use nicotine supplementation might lower the cancer cells response to the chemicals that cause the cancer to self destruct.
