Equal Access: Student Services
As increasing numbers of people with disabilities pursue postsecondary educational opportunities, the accessibility of admissions offices, libraries, computer labs, counseling and tutoring centers, and other student services is of increasing importance. More information is delivered using computer and network technologies, so libraries play an increasingly important role in ensuring that everyone has access to information technology. Patrons of such places and users of such services may have learning disabilities and/or visual, speech, hearing, and mobility impairments.
