Dorie Reanne and Mirabelle, use most of their Spell Drops to save people from epidemic injury and illness caused by Patunia’s evil, magic, pendants.  The Witchlings must take The Wandawhirl Test, upgrade their powers, defeat Patunia, and reverse the powers of all her evil, magic, pendants-at once! They use their last Spell Drop to transform themselves into cockroaches, and sneak past Patunia through the back door of her Mystery Wind Magic Shop to enter the Lunaverse, but they don't have enough Spell Drops left to take the test!
