Suspect Steals Cop Car Then Crashes It
The suspect in the clip was under arrest for punching a Walmart security guard while attempting to steal a computer.  He tries to fight the cop arresting him and eventually manages to steal his car. He does a pretty decent job getting away but the fun comes to an end when he crashes into the side of a truck at 44 mph.
