Former first lady Laura Bush joined Archivist of the United States David Ferriero for an evening of conversation at the National Archives. Mrs. Bush spoke about her time in the White House, the planning of the George W. Bush Presidential Library, her role with the George W. Bush Institute, and her recently published memoir Spoken from the Heart. She showed slides of the planned library and also responded to questions from members of the audience.
