A meeting between top leaders of coalition partners NC and UML took place at the UML Parliamentary Party office in Singha Durbar today. The two coalition partners agreed to quash the proposal of the main opposition UCPN (M) for a fresh process to elect a new prime minister from the Special Session itself.
