青春期的青少年較反叛，不喜歡受父母管束，往往令親子關係緊張。今日在「智叻親子星期二」的分享個案中，一位父親為使兒子專心學業，逼使他放棄鍾愛的籃球運動，兒子為了跟父親鬥氣，刻意疏於學業，雙方關係變僵，幸得社工協助，父子打開心窗對談，最終得以冰釋前嫌。家長面對正值青春期的子女，事事採對抗態度，應該如何處理？尤其當子女抗拒學習時，如何令他們重拾興趣？今日香港家庭福利會代表會與藝員嘉賓潘芳芳，跟大家分享與子女相處的正確態度。至於「今晚食乜餸」李錦聯會示範一道「豉椒海藻彩椒雞柳」。
