I confess, I’m not an expert on vodka.  The only drink I know how to make is with vodka and orange juice! The reason I purchased Potter's Vodka is simply because I needed it for my homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt maker. That's right... I put a couple tablespoons into the mixture, and when i want to freeze anything left over I eliminate the crystallizing that so often occurs with homemade ice cream concoctions. It works like a charm, and since it's almost odorless, and tasteless no one ever knows I've added it. It solved my ice cream (freezing) problem, and it's not bad for a couple of 'belts' either!
