禁止案の結論出るまで牛生レバー提供を禁止
焼き肉チェーン店での集団食中毒を受け、厚労省の部会は６日、過去に食中毒を引き起こしている牛のレバーについて、生で提供すること自体を法律で禁止する案を出し、今後検討することに。厚労省は６日夜、結論が出るまでは牛の生レバーの提供禁止を通知した。
