手語新聞／教育部：進修年限 改成最多5年
明道等藝人就讀大專院校附設的進修學校長達七至十一年，被外界質疑藉此逃避兵役。教育部為此著手修訂《補習及進修教育法》，將進修專校、進修學院的修業年限，由原來的不限改為五年。教育部官員說，如果要限得更嚴，恐怕也會影響到民眾終身學習的意願。
