Benihana Earnings Drop, But Sales Climb
Japanese restaurant operator Benihana (BNHN, BNHNA) reported fiscal fourth quarter earnings after the close of trading yesterday that fell to $500,000, or $0.02 per share, from $1.7 million, or $0.09 per share, last year.  Total revenue rose 5%, the company said, to $81.8 million, on a 5.6% increase in same-restaurant sales.
