小笠原諸島、世界自然遺産登録へ
小笠原諸島（東京都小笠原村）の世界自然遺産への登録が確実になった。審査する国際自然保護連合（ＩＵＣＮ）が自然遺産に「適格」とする評価報告書をまとめ、世界遺産委員会事務局に伝えた。６月にパリで開かれる同委員会で正式に決める。
