日日有食神IV - 吞生蠔噬鮑魚 - 第15集
在澳洲,有一個兩年一度的美食節,場面亦很浩大熱鬧,今集韜韜與袁彩雲就有機會走進這個美食博覽,幾乎所有的澳洲特產、特色小食通通搵得到。其中的「煎芝士」外面脆、內裡軟,幼滑而香濃;至於牛肉串燒極富牛肉味,香口至極;士多啤梨甜品更是吸引,鮮甜又清涼。 澳洲沿海一帶的水質像零污染般清澈,當地盛產的太平洋蠔可謂生蠔中的極品。韜韜和彩雲將會帶大家見識工人放置蠔苗的過程,彩雲更會穿上水褲,下海撿蠔,上水即開即食,看見韜韜一口吞沒一隻14年的生蠔,勁豪!韜韜還DIY一餐生蠔宴,弄出獨特的蒸蠔杯。 青邊鮑亦是澳洲的特產之一,體積還相當大,韜韜將落手炮製兩道青邊鮑菜式,大有大吃,小有小吃,肉質鮮甜腍滑。 除了吃鮑魚,節目亦會參觀鮑魚養殖場。一隻12至14年的野生澳洲青邊鮑,比韜韜的手掌更大,相當難尋。而出生4星期的青邊鮑苗,體積小得像沙子般大,經過悉心的人工飼養,慢慢長大成6個月大的小鮑魚,鏡頭更拍到小鮑魚的進食過程!
