邪気払い寒さもしのぐ七草がゆ 東京・愛宕神社
邪気を払い、無病息災を祈るため７日、東京都港区の愛宕神社で七草がゆが参拝客に振る舞われた。 歌に合わせて、すりこぎとしゃもじで七草をたたくなどの神事と正月飾りや古いお札などを焼く「お火焚（ひた）き祭り」が行われた。用意された約５００人分の七草がゆは、約３０分で無くなった。
