Mel Gibson pleads no contest to battery charge
Mel Gibson has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor spousal battery charge. The 55-year-old actor was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to attend 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling. (March 11)
