主に背骨と両足の付け根を結ぶ体の深部にある大腰筋を緩める運動です。ポッコリおなかの人は大腰筋がいつも伸びた状態で、筋肉が疲労して硬くなっているので、それをほぐします。仰向けに寝て、両膝を抱きかかえるようにして、体をゆったりさせてください。
