Sean Paxton (The Home Brew Chef) and Sam Calagione (Dogfish Head) describe one of the courses of beer and food at Nodding Head’s Punk Rock and Finger Sandwiches event during Philly Beer Week 2011. The event was held on Monday, June 6 from 12 pm to 3 pm The event consisted of 8 small sandwiches paired with 8 beers of varying strengths and flavors. A room full of nearly 100 attendees enjoyed the afternoon while listening to vintage punk rock on the turntables.
