Rogue police conduct irks animal activists
Animal rights activist Sanjiv Das spent five days in jail. His crime - he almost forced a reluctant police team in Cuttack to seize a truck carrying over 60 cows last month. As per law, only six cattle can be transported at a time. But despite that, Sanjiv was arrested after the truck driver complained of extortion.
