董耀中：旅遊業議會辦事處獨立運作
對於涉及導遊強迫購物事件的金凱國際董事，本身亦是旅遊業議會一個小組的成員，議會總幹事董耀中強調，議會辦事處獨立運作，無人可插手，即使主席及委員都不能插手干預。 董耀中解釋，旅行社負責人參與議會的小組，主要是給予意見。小組除了業內人士，亦包括非業界人士，小組亦不會參與監管和懲處，負責規管的委員會，是以非業界人士為主。 旅遊業界早上舉行集思會，議會承諾將內地零團費問題，交由港區人大代表，代為向內地反映。
